CENTERPOINTE

High-end senior living facility in Henderson, Nevada.  This project included three types of accommodations for seniors, ranging from independent living and assisted living to long-term memory care.  The project is designed to fit a "banana" shaped parcel of land adjacent to  Green Valley Ranch.  The materials used mimic the dry sand and rock of the Las Vegas valley coupled with minimalist lines and forms to create a subtle addition to the existing developments.
