DRAPER EXTERIOR UPGRADES

Residential upgrades designed for a local contractor/investor who focuses on undervalued properties in need of significant improvements.  This house is located in a high-end neighborhood and had potential for large improvements given its age and general condition upon purchase.  SoLo Studio modeled the house in Revit and utilized phasing to show before-and-after improvements which were used for both investor and city approval of the proposed improvements.
