Accessory cabin constructed adjacent to the client's existing cabin in rural Utah on a property directly fronting the Duchesne River.  The accessory cabin is designed to mimic architectural features of the main cabin while providing more functional space in lieu of the highly-complex angled structure of the primary cabin.  The accessory cabin features an over-sized two car garage, two bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, open living/sleeping space as well as a bonus loft.  This cabin also features true load-bearing timber construction as its primary structural frame as well as EIFS (exterior insulation finish system) exteriors for insulating capacity far exceeding the code minimum IRC requirements.
