LEHI BAKERY

Historic Lehi Main Street location - Lehi Bakery is the flagship location for this growing brand held by Kensington Asset Management.  A popular local bakery, the owner could not afford to shut down for any period of time, leading to a unique but seamless design approach allowing Phase 1 to be constructed adjacent to the original building, while Phase 2 was constructed after occupancy of Phase 1 was complete.  The final building is nearly 4x larger than the prior location, allowing further growth of the Lehi Bakery brand and its ability to serve customers in the growing city.
